General Comments about Receptors
The following are just rough notes.
[1] Some receptors are bi-polar - or maybe multi-polar or multi-dimensional.
[2] Most if not all receptors are useful in the real world. Music operates on these receptors for a "non-useful" purpose. (what is the "purpose" of music?)
